We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order, for reasons that are beyond our control. Order Processing Time
Our team at Earth Fix typically takes 1 to 2 days to process and ship your order. This means your order will be packed and prepared for shipping within this timeframe. There are different process involved in preparing the product and packing them, which means that once the process is started, it will be difficult for the team to reverse the process. In some cases, the product cannot be used for other customers once it is taken out for packing.
You can cancel your order within the first 12 hours of placing your order. To initiate a cancellation, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request – Order #[Your Order Number].”
- In the email, please provide your order number and a clear statement expressing your desire to cancel the order. Reason for cancellation should be covered in your email.
Confirmation of Cancellation
Once we receive your cancellation request, our team will review it. If your request is received within the 12-hour cancellation period, and your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will confirm your cancellation. An order is only considered cancelled, once our team confirms back to you via email. We will respond to you within 1 working day to your cancellation request email.
If your order is successfully cancelled, we will process a full refund for the total amount of your purchase. The refund will be made using a voucher or credit note to your account on our website, which you can use for your next purchase. Funds will not be returned due to the credit card processing charges that is already incurred. Please note that it may take 2 to 3 business days for the fund to reflect in your account.
Order Already Processed or Shipped
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
